Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and hold a certificate from Mindbodygreen as a Functional Nutrition Expert. I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating life after a new health diagnosis. When everything feels uncertain, having the right kind of support can make all the difference.

My coaching journey began working with newly diagnosed individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis through a 2023 pilot program launched by the National MS Society. That experience deepened my commitment to helping people move from overwhelm to clarity and from uncertainty to empowered action.

Whether you are working on stress management, building sustainable exercise habits, adjusting your nutrition, or taking the first steps in implementing your medical team’s recommendations, I walk alongside you. Together, we clarify your personal experience, identify what matters most to you, and create realistic, meaningful steps forward. My number one rule: you call the shots.

I have been achieving my goals, moving more, taking better care of myself and attending to my health in new and better ways. I've lost weight and increased my levels of fitness and flexibility. I look forward to my weekly meetings and use it as motivation to keep working toward my goals throughout the week.
