Health & Wellness Coaching with Coach Liz

Health & wellness coaching is a partnership, a space where you are in charge of your unique path, and I’m here to support you in ways that align with your vision and your values. You are the focus. Together, we’ll craft a path that’s meaningful, goal-oriented, and entirely your own. When those “a-ha” moments happen, we’ll celebrate, because your journey is yours, and every step matters. My approach is designed to honor what’s actionable, attainable, and authentic for you.

Step 1: Getting to Know You

Our first session is all about you and getting a sense of what you're looking for. We’ll start building a connection that will grow throughout our coaching partnership — your story, your priorities, your goals.

Step 2: Build a Vision

We’ll explore where you are now and who you want to become. Your “Why?” will guide us, revisited often to keep your path aligned with what truly matters.

Step 3: Getting Down to Business

Now we put ideas into motion. Together, we’ll develop a realistic, empowering plan for your health and wellness, one that lets you feel successful while discovering what works best for you.

 

Step 4: Breathe and Reflect

Reflection isn’t optional — it’s powerful. We’ll check in, pause, and reflect often, because insight grows from noticing what’s working, what’s challenging, and what feels right.

 

Step 5: Revamp and Rest

Change isn’t linear, and some habits take time. We’ll tweak, adjust, and rest when needed, always prioritizing self-care and sustainable progress over perfection.

 

Step 6: Celebrate!

Every milestone matters. We’ll take the time to honor your commitment, your wins, and your growth, because every step forward is worth celebrating.

We will start our coaching relationship with a complimentary consultation call so you can learn more about the program and if it's right for you. All sessions can be held virtually or in person. You can choose between any of the plans listed below. Want to start with Plan 1 and see how it goes? Sure-why not! Every plan includes a follow-up call after we have completed all sessions so we can talk about how you're doing. Did you know you can use HSA/FSA accounts to pay for health coaching? Ask me if you would like to learn more.

Plans include 4 months of health and wellness coaching, available in person or virtually, plus a post-program follow-up call. We will meet 3 times per month, for a total of 12 sessions, with one week off, built in for flexibility. Sessions should be scheduled out for the 4-month period, and any rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. All sessions must be completed within the 4-month timeframe.
